About Vine2Wine
Our Story
At Vine2Wine Winery, we specialize in freshly made, low-sulphite wines.
With our process, those who suffer from headaches from wine can find relief with our incredibly smooth wines.
Even dry red drinkers will be amazed about how smooth our wines will be.
Apart from avoiding headaches, further benefits of low sulphite wines include avoiding the "sulphite bite" (extra dry mouth sensation) some wines have and being able to experience the flavor of a wine more without being distracted by the flavor of a preservative.
Winemaking Process
At Vine2Wine, we begin by shipping in a wide variety of juice from all over the world. We then add in different ingredients (e.g. oaks) here at the winery and begin the winemaking process. After a couple months' time, we then begin the process of clarifying and filtration. Finally, after all the waiting, you have a completed, clear, and tasty bottle of wine!

Vera Wiskochil - Other Co-owner of Vine2Wine. Vera is a familiar face around town as she is also an agent with REMAX Preferred Associates.
Joel Wiskochil - Vera's husband and avid supporter. He's often found promoting Vine2Wine wines and his wife throughout Sylvania.

We support several local organizations that benefit the community. For example, keep an eye out for our wines at the SAFS On Top and Uncorked event!
Wine Bottle Rinse/Reuse/Recycle
We're big into recycling! And what better place to practice it than in the Glass City! We dedicate our winery to reusing wine bottles for our store through cleaning and sanitizing and recycling them when we can't.
